With Roxanne Sadovsky and Liba Zweigbaum Herman
Whether writing a poem, delivering a monologue, doodling, or getting lost in a meandering conversation, CREATIVITY is all about trust, courage, saying YES TO LIFE, and following your heart!
Yet, why is creativity so hard to access?
Why do we fear our most authentic self and voice?
Why and how do we get in our own way?
What cuts us off from our creative flow, our life force?
Please join us for a new monthly series: Creativity As An Act Of Love; heart-centered creative work-outs to explore the relationship between love and creativity, including the common blocks and obstacles to its natural flow and rhythm and how to cultivate your own heart centered creative practice.
Combining intuitive painting and on-spot writing with simple creative warm-ups guaranteed to open your heart and blow your mind, this workshop will help you reconnect, remember, and befriend your inherent creativity in order to keep it close to your heart and flowing for a lifetime.
Dress comfortably! This workshop takes you through a series of simple, present moment practices to revitalize, recharge, recognize, and embody your inherent creativity as a source of abundance, vitality, and love. We’ll also discuss intentional and inherent creativity and how to nourish both through practice and creativity prompts across the genres to explore on your own.
